Sugar coating machine maintenance

1. The lubricating oil in the gearbox should be replaced regularly as required.
2. If the sugar-coated pot is not used for a long time, it should be scrubbed clean, and the surface of the copper pot should be oiled to prevent the copper of the pot body from being oxidized or producing toxic copper compounds after being damp.
3. In order to ensure the lubrication condition of the worm gear pair transmission in the reduction box, the temperature of the box body during operation shall not exceed 50°C.
4. The sealing ring at the end of the worm shaft should be checked and replaced regularly, generally within six months.
5. The machine must be reliably grounded, and its grounding resistance should be ≤4Ω.
6. Do not remove electrical appliances and belt guards at will.
